摘  要:对燃气灶盖的结构进行了分折,按照冲压的先后顺序设计了“落料+拉深(1)”、“修边+冲孔”和“拉深(2)+压形”3套复合模具,并在模具中设计了自动脱模机构。对于落料+拉深(1)复合模具,为了防止上模在下降过程中出现卡死以及拉深时材料起皱,在下模设置橡胶圈;对于修边+冲孔复合模具,为了方便脱模,在上、下模中各设置一块卸料板,并针对下模的卸料板设置内部导柱导套,以确保下模卸料板上下运动时保持平稳;对于拉深(2)+压形复合模具,在下模设置弹簧,将压形凹模与产品一起顶起,有利于取出产品;为了使压形凹模上下运动平稳,在压形凹模中设置内部导柱导套。The structure of gas stove cover was analyzed,according to the stamping sequence,three sets of composite dies including blanking+drawing,trimming+punching,drawing②+pressing were designed,and the automatic demolding mechanism in the die was designed.Then,for the blanking+drawing composite die,in order to prevent the upper die from getting stuck during the descent process and the material from wrinkling during drawing,a rubber ring was installed in the lower die.Meanwhile,for the trimming+punching composite die,in order to facilitate demolding,a discharge plate was set in each of the upper and lower dies,and the internal guide column and guide sleeve were set for the discharge plate of the lower die to ensure that the discharge plate of the lower die moved smoothly up and down.Furthermore,for the drawing+pressing composite die,the spring was set in the lower die to lift the pressing die and together with the product,which was beneficial for removing the product.Finally,in order to ensure smooth up and down movement of the pressing die,the internal guide column and guide sleeve were installed in the pressing die.
