摘  要:低温观察窗是某低温设备内部流场观测的重要光路通道,由不锈钢窗框与石英玻璃组成,窗框与玻璃的间隙、阶差对低温设备流场性能有重要影响。低温设备要求窗框与玻璃的间隙、阶差尽可能小,并需要保证低温下玻璃的安全性。对此,通过仿真计算与低温试验开展低温观察窗间隙与阶差研究。通过研究,获得窗框与玻璃间隙、阶差的合理参数,为低温观察窗大批量生产奠定基础。The cryogenic observation window is an important optical path channel of the cryogenic equipment for internal flow field observation,which is composed of stainless steel window frame and quartz glass,and the gap and step difference between the window frame and the glass have the important impact on the flow field performance of the cryogenic equipment.The cryogenic equipment requires that the gap and step difference between the window frame and the glass be as small as possible,and the safety of the glass at low temperature needs to be ensured.In this regard,the gap and step difference of the cryogenic observation window were studied through simulation calculation and low-temperature test.Through the research,the reasonable parameters of the gap and step difference between the window frame and the glass were obtained,which laid the foundation for mass production of the cryogenic observation windows.
