摘 要:为提高直驱机床主轴箱的热态性能,改善电主轴发热问题,基于莲叶桐叶片结构和叶片上叶脉分布规律,设计了主轴箱仿叶脉结构。对主轴箱热态性能进行对比分析,结果表明,在相同边界条件下,主轴箱仿叶脉结构具有更好的热态性能,x、y、z方向热变形依次减小8.5%、8.4%、4.3%,达到热平衡状态时间缩短13.3%,最大温升减小3.4%。所采用的仿叶脉结构设计方法可以为直驱机床关键部件传热结构的设计提供新思路。In order to improve the thermal performance of the spindle box of the direct drive machine tool and improve the heating problem of the electric spindle,the imitation leaf vein structure of the spindle box was designed based on the leaf structure of the lotus leaf and the distribution of the leaf veins on the leaf.The thermal performance of the spindle box was compared and analyzed.The result shows that under the same boundary condition,the imitation leaf vein structure of the spindle box has better thermal performance,and the thermal deformation in the X,Y,and Z directions is reduced by 8.5%,8.4%,and 4.3%respectively,the time to reach the thermal equilibrium state is shortened by 13.3%,and the maximum temperature rise is reduced by 3.4%.The design method of the imitation leaf vein structure can provide new idea for the design of heat transfer structure of key component of the direct drive machine tool.
