摘　　要：伺服刀塔作为机床的核心部件,高刚性是主要需求。对三种结构伺服刀塔进行有限元分析,选取宽体式作为高刚性伺服刀塔的基本结构。在此基础上,对高刚性伺服刀塔进行结构设计,并进行计算校核。The servo turret is the core component of the machine tool,and the main requirement for the servo turret is high rigidity.The finite element analyses of the servo turrets with three types of structure were carried out,and the wide-body formula was selected as the basic structure of the high-rigidity servo turret.On this basis,the structure of the high-rigidity servo turret was designed,and the calculation and verification were carried out.
