摘  要:中、重型型材出厂前,需要用钢带捆扎成垛,而目前传统包装钢带无法满足物流转运过程中的强度要求。对此,设计了一种重型型材自动打包线。介绍了重型型材自动打包线的整体结构,以及送带机构、折弯机构、二次折弯头的结构,并给出了穿带工艺流程和捆带折弯工艺流程。Before medium-duty and heavy-duty profiles leave the factory,they need to be bundled into stacks with steel belts,and at present,the traditional packaging steel belt cannot meet the strength requirement in the process of logistics transfer.In this regard,an automatic packing line for heavy-duty profile was designed.The overall structure of the automatic packing line for heavy-duty profile was introduced,as well as the structure of the belt feeding mechanism,the bending mechanism and the secondary bending elbow,and the threading process flow and the bundling and bending process flow were given.
