摘 要:基于Python-ABAQUS二次开发平台,设计了建立任意多边形混凝土细观结构模型的算法,实现骨料分布、粒径、边数、凹凸性、直曲性的全随机生成;利用布尔运算,实现骨料界面过渡区的快速生成,提出一种适用于任何基体区域形状和骨料形态的算法,可以快速完成骨料投放过程中骨料与基体的位置关系判断以及骨料与骨料之间的侵入判断。在所建模型的基础上,采用CDP(concrete damaged plasticity)模型,研究混凝土静态下的应力-应变关系与细观破坏特征,进一步验证该模型在数值模拟混凝土力学性能方面的可靠性,对于分析不同荷载作用下混凝土的失效机理具有重要意义。Based on the Python-ABAQUS framework,a modeling method that constructed a two-dimensional microstructural model for arbitrary polygonal aggregate concrete was developed.This resulting method enabled the full random generation of aggregate distributions,particle sizes,numbers of sides,convexity and curvature,and straight or curved edges.By utilizing Boolean operations,a fast generation of the interfacial transition zones(ITZs)was then achieved,and an algorithm suitable for any shape and morphology of the matrix region was proposed to quickly determine the positional relationship between aggregates and the matrix during the placement process as well as to quickly finish the intrusion judgment between aggregates.Based on the mesoscopic models,we numerically studied the stress-strain relationship and microscopic failure characteristics of concrete under static conditions by using the CDP(concrete damaged plasticity)model.The reliability of the resulting models in simulating the mechanical properties of concrete was further proved.This was of great significance for analyzing the failure mechanism of concrete under different loads.
