摘 要:针对纳滤工艺制备高品质直饮水技术存在的工艺参数复杂、膜污染等突出问题,引入了微气泡阻垢的方法对该技术进行参数优化和中试验证。结果表明,最优工况的进水pH为7.34、进水压力为0.50 MPa、回收率为13.501%。在中试过程中,纳滤技术对电导率与浊度的去除率分别达到80%和50%以上,对TOC和UV254的去除率分别为67%~71%、75%~81%,对二价离子的去除率在94%以上。同时微气泡的阻垢作用可以减少纳滤膜的清洗频率,有利于维持纳滤膜的完整性并延长膜的使用寿命,降低管道直饮水处理成本。In light of the significant challenges associated with nanofiltration for producing highquality direct drinking water,such as complex process parameters and membrane fouling,this study introduced the microbubble scale inhibition method to optimize the technological parameters and carried out a pilot test.The optimal operating conditions were as follows:the influent pH was 7.34,the influent pressure was 0.50 MPa,and the recovery rate was 13.501%.The pilot test results indicated that the nanofiltration achieved removal efficiencies exceeding 80% for conductivity and 50% for turbidity.The removal efficiencies for TOC and UV254 were in the ranges of 67% to 71% and 75% to 81%,respectively.Additionally,the rejection rate for bivalent ions surpassed 94%.Simultaneously,the scale inhibition effect of microbubbles could decrease the cleaning frequency of nanofiltration membranes,thereby preserving their integrity,extending their service life,and reducing the operational costs associated with pipeline direct drinking water treatment.
