“百千万工程”背景下的古村落活化研究——以广州市花都区港头村为例

摘　　要：“百千万工程”是广东省于2022年末创立的乡村振兴与高质量发展工程。广东省深化了现有多元帮扶体系,建立了科学的沟通协调机制。港头村作为花都区拥有600余年历史的传统村落,因其深厚的文化底蕴在“百千万工程”中获益颇丰,但也不可避免出现后续管养维护问题。从港头村近年来的规划实际出发,探讨“百千万工程”产生的可视化效益,以及随时间推移表现出的新问题。基于全境域协调角度提出二次活化该村的可行策略,为“特色古村落”的高质量发展注入新的动能。The"Hundred-Thousand-Million Project"is a rural revitalization and high-quality development project established in Guangdong Province at the end of 2022.Guangdong Province has deepened the existing multiple assistance system and established a scientific communication and co-ordination communication mechanism.As a traditional village with a history of more over 600 years in Huadu District,Gangtou Village has benefited a lot from the"Hundred-Thousand-Million Proj-ect"because of its profound cultural heritage,but it also inevitably faces subsequent management and maintenance problems.Based on the actual planning of Gangtou Village in recent years,this pa-per discusses the visual benefits of the"Hundred-Thousand-Million Project"and the new problems over time.Based on the perspective of global coordination,the feasible strategy for reactivating the village is proposed to inject new momentum into the high-quality development of"characteristic ancient villages".
