数字乡村与农村电商耦合协调分析

摘　　要：数字乡村与农村电商相互依存、协调发展,是农村经济发展的重要支撑。明晰二者内在关系及协作水平,对实现乡村全面振兴、促进农村经济结构优化升级具有重大意义。通过构建评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型,针对中国三十个省市数字乡村与农村电商发展的耦合协调现状进行探究。结果显示数字乡村与农村电商系统发展水平呈上升趋势,关系紧密,但整体耦合协调度较低,空间分布呈现由东向西递减的格局。各省份间协调发展阶段存在差异,且差异随着经济、市场、人才和资本等关键资源的集聚进一步扩大。各地区应采取差异化策略,加强数字赋能、多业融合和优化资源分配,推动数字乡村与农村电商协同发展。Digital countryside and rural e-commerce,serving as crucial supports for rural economic development,are interdependent and develop in a coordinated manner.Clarifying their intrinsic relationships and levels of collaboration is of significant importance for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization and promoting the optimization and upgrading of rural economic structures.By constructing an evaluation index system and employing a coupling coordination model,this paper investigates the current status of coupling and coordination between the digital countryside and rural e-commerce across 30 provinces and cities in China.The results indicate that the development levels are on an upward trend and exhibit a close relationship.However,the overall degree of coupling coordination remains relatively low,and the spatial distribution shows a decreasing pattern from east to west.There are disparities in the stages of coordinated development among provinces,and these differences further widen with the aggregation of key resources such as the economy,market,talent,and capital.Differentiated strategies should be taken to address these issues,such as strengthening policy coordination,enhancing talent cultivation,and promoting digital empowerment.
