谁更幸福?当代青年婚恋状态对主观幸福感的影响研究——来自陕西省的调查发现

摘　　要：随着人口转变与社会转型,当代青年的婚恋观念与行为正在发生重要改变,并对其主观幸福感产生影响。对2023年“陕西省青年婚恋调查”数据的分析发现:已婚者的主观幸福感整体高于未婚者,婚姻质量越高幸福感越强;结婚意愿显著提高了未婚者的主观幸福感,恋爱关系对提升未婚青年的幸福感有促进作用;婚姻对男性主观幸福感的影响更显著,未婚男性的主观幸福感显著低于未婚女性,说明传统的“男主外、女主内”的社会性别分工仍占主流,男青年普遍面临来自婚恋的经济压力,而女性因婚育成本高而收益少,倾向于主动维持未婚状态。在强调自我价值的文化变迁中,恋爱经历对幸福感没有显著影响,结婚意愿及其幸福感回报并不完全取决于浪漫爱情。With the socio⁃demographic transformation,concepts and behaviors of marital and intimate relations among contemporary youths are undergoing important changes,which have impacts on individual subjective well⁃being.The analysis on 2023“Survey on the Marriage and Love of Youth in Shaanxi Province”data reveals that:The subjective well⁃being of married youths is higher than that of unmarried ones,and the higher the marital quality,the higher the happiness;Marriage intention significantly improves the subjective well⁃being of unmarried youths,and intimate relations promote happiness of unmarried youths;Marriage has a more significant impact on men’s subjective well⁃being,and that of unmarried men is significantly lower than that of unmarried women.It reveals that the traditional gender division of labor,i.e.“men are responsible for external affairs and women for domestic affairs”,is still dominant,and young men generally face economic pressure from marriage and intimate relations,while women tend to actively remain unmarried due to high cost of marriage and childbearing.In cultural shifts that emphasize self⁃worth,romantic experiences have no significant effect on happiness.Marriage intention and happiness return do not entirely depend on romantic love.
