党校党史学习教育教学工作的改革及创新方向研究

摘　　要：这篇论文以党校党史学习教育教学工作为研究对象,目的在于探索其改革及创新方向,以提升党史学习教育教学质量和效果。研究以深入调查和实证分析的方式,针对当前党校党史学习教育教学中存在的问题进行了深入分析。明确了其主要问题如教学内容的陈旧,教学方法的单一,缺乏党史学习教育情感融入等。在此基础上,提出改革创新的策略,如更新教学内容,引入多元化教学方法,加强党史学习教育情感教学等。结果显示,这些改革创新措施能显著提升党史学习教育教学质量,提高学员学习积极性,有利于培养学员的党性教育和革命传统教育。研究结果有望为党校教育教学改革提供有价值的参考,同时对于增强党员干部的党性观念和革命传统观念有积极推动作用。This paper takes the party history education and teaching work of the Party School as the research object,aiming to explore its reform and innovation direction,in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of party history education and teaching.The study conducted in-depth investigation and empirical analysis to address the problems existing in the current party history education and teaching in party schools.The main problems have been identified,such as outdated teaching content,single teaching methods,and lack of emotional infiltration in party history education.On this basis,strategies for reform and innovation are proposed,such as updating teaching content,introducing diversified teaching methods,and strengthening emotional teaching in Party history education.The results show that these reform and innovation measures can significantly improve the quality of party history education and teaching,enhance students'learning enthusiasm,and facilitate the cultivation of students'party spirit education and revolutionary tradition education.The research results are expected to provide valuable references for the reform of party school education and teaching,and have a positive promoting effect on enhancing the party spirit and revolutionary traditional concepts of party members and cadres.
