数学统计分析视域下高职院校教师专业能力发展探究

摘  要:高职院校教师作为职业教育发展的主力军,担负着培养高素质技术技能型人才的重任,其专业能力水平直接影响人才培养质量。本文以L高职院校2020年入校的教职工为研究对象,运用数学统计分析法对其2020—2024年获得的成果进行统计分析,旨在探讨教师专业能力发展现状及影响因素。基于此,提出从转变教师个人观念、完善激励机制、加强校企合作、健全培训体系等方面促进教师专业能力发展的具体举措,以期为高职院校师资队伍建设提供理论依据和实践指导。As the main force in the development of vocational education,teachers in higher vocational colleges are responsible for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and their professional ability level directly affects the quality of talent training.This article takes the faculty and staff who entered the school in L higher vocational colleges in 2020 as the research object,and uses mathematical statistical analysis method to statistically analyze the results obtained from 2020 to 2024,aiming to explore the current status and influencing factors of teachers'professional ability development.Based on this,specific measures are proposed to promote the development of teachers'professional abilities from the aspects of changing teachers'personal concepts,improving incentive mechanisms,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and improving training systems,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction of the faculty team of higher vocational colleges.
