优质护理服务在疗养保障中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务对提升疗养保障服务品质的应用分析。方法选取2024年3月至2024年9月我中心的86例疗养员进行对比分析,平均分成对照组和观察组,并对比两组疗养员HAMA评分、HAMD评分、护理依从性、疗养员护理满意率评分、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分数据。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论优质护理服务对于改善疗养员情绪状态,明显提升护理依从性和自我管理能力,疗养满意度显著提升。Objective To explore the application of high-quality nursing services to improve the quality of convalescence care services.Method A total of 86 convalescents from our center were observed between March 2024 and September 2024,and their data were analyzed.They were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of HAMA scores,HAMD scores,compliance with nursing care,nursing satisfaction scores,self-care ability scores,and quality of life scores.Result The observation group exhibited superior performance in all measured indicators compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing services effectively improve the emotional state of convalescents,significantly enhance compliance with nursing care and self-management abilities,and significantly enhance satisfaction with nursing care.
