摘 要:目的构建基于大数据的医务科医疗质量监控体系在医院中的应用效果。方法2021年2月至2022年10月本院医务科实施常规管理,随机抽取1200名患者病例及就医满意度调查表作为对照组。自2022年12月至2024年1月医务科实施常规管理+基于大数据构建医疗质量监控体系管理,并随机抽取1200名患者病例及就医满意度调查表作为观察组。比较两组医务科工作质量、患者就医满意度。结果观察组医务科工作质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者就医满意度为99.25%,高于对照组97.25%(P<0.05)。结论医务科构建基于大数据的医疗质量监控体系,可以提升医务科工作质量,提高患者就医满意度。Objective To establish the application effect of medical quality monitoring system based on big data in medical department in hospitals.Method From February 2021 to October 2022,routine management was carried out in the medical department of our hospital,and 1200 patients were randomly selected as the control group.From December 2022 to January 2024,the medical Department implemented routine management+built medical quality monitoring system management based on big data,and randomly selected 1,200 patient cases and medical satisfaction questionnaires as the observation group.The work quality and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Result The work quality of medical department in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in observation group was 99.25%,which was higher than that in control group 97.25%(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of medical quality monitoring system based on big data in medical department can improve the work quality of medical department and improve patients'satisfaction with medical treatment.
