摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,公众对基层医疗服务的期望提升。基层医疗机构是国家医疗卫生体系的重要部分,但当前面临卫生人才短缺等问题,影响服务质量和效率。加强卫生人才队伍建设,提升基层医疗服务水平,对实现“健康中国”战略目标意义重大。本文旨在探讨基层医疗机构在卫生人才队伍建设方面的有效策略和实践路径。首先,论文分析了当前基层医疗卫生人才队伍的现状,包括人才结构、素质与能力评估及流动性问题。其次,论文阐述了加强卫生人才队伍建设对满足基层医疗需求、实现健康公平及促进医疗体制改革的重要性。针对当前存在的问题,提出了改进的建议与措施,期望为基层医疗机构的卫生人才队伍建设提供参考与借鉴。With the development of the economy and society,the public's expectations for primary healthcare services have increased.Grassroots medical institutions are an important part of the national healthcare system,but currently face problems such as a shortage of healthcare professionals,which affect service quality and efficiency.Strengthening the construction of the healthcare talent team and improving the level of grassroots medical services are of great significance for achieving the strategic goal of"Healthy China".This article aims to explore effective strategies and practical paths for grassroots medical institutions in the construction of health talent teams.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the grassroots medical and health talent team,including talent structure,quality and ability assessment,and mobility issues.Secondly,the paper elaborates on the importance of strengthening the construction of the healthcare talent team in meeting the needs of primary healthcare,achieving health equity,and promoting healthcare system reform.Suggestions and measures for improvement have been proposed in response to the current problems,with the hope of providing reference and inspiration for the construction of healthcare talent teams in grassroots medical institutions.
