丁苯酞软胶囊联合双联抗血小板治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究急性缺血性脑卒中以丁苯酞软胶囊+双联抗血小板实施治疗的效果。方法双盲法分组60例患者(2023.2-2024.2),分别行双联抗血小板(对照)及加用丁苯酞治疗(观察),对比组间差异。结果整体疗效,观察更优,P<0.05;安全性比较,无差异,P>0.05。结论急性缺血性脑卒中以丁苯酞软胶囊+双联抗血小板实施治疗,疗效明显,安全性佳,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of using butylphthalein soft capsules and dual antiplatelet therapy for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Method A double-blind method was used to divide 60 patients(2023.2-2024.2)into two groups.The patients were treated with dual antiplatelet therapy(control)and additional treatment with butylphthalein(observation),and the differences between the groups were compared.Result The overall therapeutic effect was better observed,P<0.05;There is no difference in safety comparison,P>0.05.Conclusion The treatment of acute ischemic stroke with ibuprofen soft capsules and dual antiplatelet therapy has significant efficacy and good safety,and is worthy of promotion.
