摘　　要：本研究探讨了医院党建与思想政治工作的深度融合实践,分析了两者结合的必要性与重要性。通过对医院党建工作的现状与思想政治工作面临的挑战的分析,提出了建立有效沟通机制、推进理论与实践相结合等多个融合路径。研究强调,医院通过强化党员意识,提升医务人员思想政治素养,不仅能增强团队凝聚力,还能提升服务质量。最终,医院党建与思想政治工作深度融合将推动医院文化建设,为患者提供更优质的医疗服务贡献力量。This study explores the practice of the deep integration of party building and ideological and political work in hospitals,and analyzes the necessity and importance of the combination of the two.By analyzing the current situation of party building and the challenges of ideological and political work in hospitals,it proposes a number of integration paths,such as establishing an effective communication mechanism and promoting the combination of theory and practice.The study emphasizes that hospitals can not only enhance team cohesion,but also improve service quality by strengthening the awareness of party members and improving the ideological and political quality of medical staff.Ultimately,the deep integration of party building and ideological and political work in hospitals will promote the construction of hospital culture and contribute to the provision of better quality medical services for patients.
