医院药房管理与药学服务质量的相关性探究

摘　　要：医院药房是保障药品安全使用和提供药学服务的核心部门,其管理水平直接影响药学服务质量。当前,许多医院药房存在管理不规范、服务体系不完善、药品信息化管理不足等问题,这些都限制了药学服务质量的提升。研究发现,通过优化药房管理流程、加强质量控制、提升药学人员专业素养,可以有效提升药学服务质量,确保药品的合理使用和患者的用药安全。随着现代信息技术的发展,越来越多医院开始采用信息化手段,改进药房管理和服务流程,从而提高药学服务的效率和精准度。因此,探讨药房管理与药学服务质量之间的关系,并提出改进建议,对于医院药学服务的优化具有重要的实践意义。The hospital pharmacy is a core department responsible for ensuring the safe use of medications and providing pharmaceutical services.Its management level directly impacts the quality of pharmacy services.Currently,many hospital pharmacies face issues such as irregular management,incomplete service systems,and insufficient informatization in drug management,all of which hinder the improvement of pharmaceutical service quality.Research indicates that optimizing pharmacy management processes,strengthening quality control,and enhancing the professional competence of pharmaceutical staff can effectively elevate the quality of pharmacy services,ensuring rational drug use and patient medication safety.With the advancement of modern information technology,an increasing number of hospitals have begun adopting informatization methods to refine pharmacy management and service processes,thereby improving the efficiency and precision of pharmaceutical services.Therefore,investigating the relationship between pharmacy management and the quality of pharmacy services,along with proposing improvement strategies,holds significant practical value for optimizing hospital pharmaceutical services.
