摘  要:氟化物添加能有效提升Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25):Mn^(4+)的发光强度。然而,该粉体中F离子是否进入晶格以及其对发光性能的影响作用机理尚不清晰,阻碍了该荧光粉的进一步发展和应用。通过高温固相法制备了系列Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25):Mn^(4+)红色荧光粉,研究了加入H_(3)BO_(3)、SrF_(2)、AlF_(3)时,荧光粉的结构、形貌、发光性能等变化规律,阐明了氟化物添加对发光性能的影响作用机理。研究结果表明,加入H_(3)BO_(3)时生成了Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25)纯相,样品的表面光滑,颗粒分布均匀;而掺杂SrF_(2)、AlF_(3)和不添加任何助溶剂时的主相为SrAl_(2)O_(4),含有少量Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25)杂相,颗粒分布不一,表面粗糙。掺杂SrF_(2)和AlF_(3)后,F离子并未进入基质晶格,仅充当助溶剂作用。H_(3)BO_(3)和SrF_(2)、AlF_(3)的添加/掺杂量分别为0.8 mol,0.6 mol和0.4 mol时,荧光粉具有最优发光强度,添加H_(3)BO_(3)时的样品最优强度明显高于其他样品。The introduce of fluoride effectively increase the luminescence intensity of Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25):Mn^(4+).However,the F ions whether incorporate in crystal lattice and the effect mechanism on luminescence performance remains unclear,which restrict the further development and applications of Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25):Mn^(4+)phosphor.In this study,a series of Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25):Mn^(4+)red phosphors were prepared using the high-temperature solid-state method.The effect on the structure,morphology and luminescence performance were studied by introducing H_(3)BO_(3),SrF_(2)and AlF_(3).And the influence mechanisms of fluoride addition to the luminescence performance were obtained.The results reveal that the introduction of H_(3)BO_(3)can produce a pure Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25)phase,and show a smooth surface and uniformly distributed particles.In contrast,the phosphors doped with SrF_(2),AlF_(3)and without any addition produce a primary phase of SrAl_(2)O_(4)with minor Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25),and display an uneven particle distribution and a rough surface.The F ions did not incorporate in the host lattice and only act as a fluxing agent with the introduce of SrF_(2)and AlF_(3).The phosphors show optimal luminescence intensity when the introduce quantities of H_(3)BO_(3),SrF_(2),and AlF_(3)are 0.8 mol,0.6 mol and 0.4 mol,respectively.Meanwhile,the phosphor by addition of H_(3)BO_(3)exhibits notably higher intensity than the other samples.
