摘　　要：积极养老是一种贯穿整个生命周期的行为模式,它倡导个体秉持正确的价值观和健康的生活方式。廉洁自律与积极养老是相互促进、相辅相成的。个体尤其是担任公职的人员,特别是党员领导干部,能否坚守廉洁自律的原则,是决定他们能否避免“五九”现象的陷阱而实现“平安着陆”并安享晚年的重要因素。应通过加强教育和制度建设,引导个体自觉保持廉洁自律,同时,应激励个体追求健康的生活方式,树立积极养老的理念,有效促进两者的良性互动。Active elderly care is a behavioral pattern that runs throughout the entire life cycle,which advocates that individuals uphold positive values and a healthy lifestyle.Integrity and self-discipline complement and promote active aging.Whether individuals,especially those holding public office,particularly leading cadres of the Party,can adhere to the principles of integrity and self-discipline is a crucial factor in determining whether they can avoid the pitfalls of the“59 phenomenon”,achieve a“safe landing,”and enjoy their later years.On one hand,education and institutional development should be strengthened to guide individuals to consciously maintain integrity and self-discipline;on the other hand,individuals should be motivated to pursue a healthy lifestyle and cultivate the concept of active elderly care,which can effectively promote a positive interaction.
