摘　　要：学风建设是高校培养人才、践行立德树人根本任务的重要保障。“三全育人”理念的提出,为学风建设路径指明新的方向,提供了新的思路。在“三全育人”视域下提出4个一级指标,通过构建MP学风火箭模型和DEMATEL分析,对4个一级指标的关联和角色进行说明,进而探析加强和改进高校学风建设路径建设。The construction of learning style is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to cultivate talents and carry out the fundamental task of"establishing morality and cultivating people".The proposal of the concept of"three full education"points out a new direction for the construction of learning style and provides new ideas.Four first-level indicators are proposed from the perspective of"three full education".Through the construction of MP learning style rocket model and DEMATEL analysis,the correlation and role of the four first-level indicators are explained,and then this paper explores the way to strengthen and improve the construction of the learning style in colleges and universities.
