摘　　要：基于心理建设视角,制定支持性的校园生活学习环境,设计高水平的教育管理策略,能够降低学生的学习压力,提高学生的适应能力以及抗挫折能力,有助于促进学生的心理健康。本研究从心理建设视角出发,深入分析目前高校学生教育管理所面临的问题,从师生沟通、心理暗示等维度入手,阐述高校学生管理工作优化路径,以期提高管理效率,营造良好的校园学习生活环境。Based on the perspective of psychological construction,the development of a supportive campus life and learning environment,and the design of high-level education management strategies can reduce students'learning pressure,improve students'adaptability and anti-frustration ability,and contribute to the promotion of students'mental health.From the perspective of psychological construction,this study deeply analyzes the current problems faced by college student education management,and expounds the optimization path of college student management from the dimensions of teacher-student communication and psychological suggestion,so as to improve management efficiency and create a good campus learning and living environment.
