摘　　要：地方高校学报编辑岗位胜任力对于提高学报质量和影响力具有至关重要的作用。文章通过分析地方高校学报编辑岗位胜任力的内涵,结合数据采集,通过专家投票、打分、问卷数据处理,确定了地方高校学报编辑岗位胜任力的构成要素,并基于大数据和冰山模型构建了其岗位胜任力的评价体系。同时针对体系特点提出优化策略,以期更好地服务于地方高校学报的发展和编辑人才的培养,提升学报的整体质量和影响力。The post competency of the editors in the local university journal plays a vital role in improving the quality and influence of the journal.By analyzing the connotation of post competency of editors in local university journal,combining with data collection,through expert voting,scoring,and questionnaire data processing,the paper determines the components of editor post competency in local university journal,and constructs an evaluation system of post competency based on big data and iceberg model.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the system,the optimization strategy is put forward,in order to better serve the development of local university journal and the training of editing talent,and improve the overall quality and influence of the journal.
