终身教育视角下高校教育管理体制变革探究

摘　　要：在终身教育视角下,中国高校管理改革工作得以深入推进,教育理念与实践得到了长足进步,实现了教育从特定年龄段向全生命周期的拓展,有力地促进了大学生对社会、经济、科技快速变化的适应。本研究立足于终身教育对高等教育的影响,全面剖析了高等教育在教学理念、教学形式、监督机制等方面的不足,提出了强化终身教育理念、优化课程体系、完善监督制度等一系列改革举措,以推动高校教育管理体制的进一步革新。In the perspective of lifelong education,the management reform of Chinese universities has been further promoted,and the educational concept and practice have made great progress,which has realized the expansion of education from a specific age group to the whole life cycle,and has effectively promoted college students to adapt to the rapid changes of society,economy,and science and technology.Based on the influence of lifelong education on higher education,this study comprehensively analyzed the deficiencies of higher education in teaching concept,teaching form,supervision mechanism,and put forward a series of reform measures,such as strengthening lifelong education concept,optimizing curriculum system,perfecting the system of supervision,etc.,to promote the further innovation of college education management system.
