技能培养视域下高校英语翻译专业“双创”人才培养策略探究

摘　　要：在教育改革持续深化,以及大众创业、万众创新的背景下,高校需积极践行“双创”理念,致力于培养创新型人才。从技能培养的视角看,英语翻译专业作为应用性较强的学科,应在教学过程中不断总结问题,针对性地制定解决策略。本研究通过分析高校英语翻译教学中技能培育的重要性以及课堂教学存在的问题,提出了有关优化英语翻译教学、“双创”人才培养等策略,以期提升英语翻译教学的专业水平和人才培养效果。With the continuous deepening of education reform,influenced by mass entrepreneurship and innovation,universities should implement the concept of"mass innovation"and cultivate innovative talents.From the perspective of skill cultivation,English translation major,as a highly applied discipline,should continuously summarize problems and develop targeted solutions in teaching.By analyzing the importance of skill cultivation in English translation teaching in colleges and universities and the problems existing in classroom teaching,this study puts forward some strategies to optimize English translation teaching and"mass innovation"talent training,so as to improve the teaching level and talent training effect of English translation teaching.
