摘　　要：血流导向装置以其血管重建能力和对分支血管的保护功能,为传统难以治疗的颅内动脉瘤提供了新的治疗策略。其中,Surpass Evolve血流导向装置特别适用于大型、宽颈及梭形颅内动脉瘤的治疗。在促进颅内动脉瘤囊内血栓形成、改善血流动力学和减少复发方面,Surpass Evolve血流导向装置具有显著优势。文章对Surpass Evolve血流导向装置治疗颅内动脉瘤的安全性、有效性进行了综述。The flow diverter provides a new treatment strategy for intracranial aneurysms which are difficult to treat due to its ability to reconstruct blood vessels and protect branch blood vessels.Among them,the Surpass Evolve flow diverter is particularly suitable for the treatment of large,wide-necked,and fusiform intracranial aneurysms.The Surpass Evolve flow diverter has significant advantages in promoting aneurysm sac thrombosis,improving hemodynamics,and reducing recurrence in intracranial aneurysms.This article reviews the safety and efficacy of the Surpass Evolve flow diverter in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
