摘 要:为提升煤矿机电设备管理水平,设计并实现了一套基于近场通信(Near Field Communication,NFC)技术的煤矿机电设备智能化管理系统。该系统主要包括设备信息管理、故障诊断和维护管理3个模块,实现了煤矿机电设备全生命周期的智能化管理。实验结果表明,该系统有效提高了煤矿机电设备管理的智能化水平和运维效率,对推动煤矿设备管理变革具有重要意义。To improve the management level of coal mine electromechanical equipment,an intelligent management system for coal mine electromechanical equipment based on Near Field Communication(NFC)technology has been designed and implemented.The system mainly includes three modules:equipment information management,fault diagnosis,and maintenance management,achieving intelligent management of the entire lifecycle of coal mine electromechanical equipment.The experimental results show that the system effectively improves the intelligence level and operation efficiency of coal mine electromechanical equipment management,which is of great significance for promoting the transformation of coal mine equipment management.
