摘  要:随着电力系统规模的扩展和智能化需求的提升,继电保护自动化系统逐渐成为保障电网稳定运行的核心技术。通过分析电力通信网络在继电保护自动化中的应用现状,研究基于模糊逻辑算法的继电保护流程优化设计,提出结合面向通用对象的变电站事件(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event,GOOSE)网和采样值(Sampled Value,SV)网的110 kV线路保护自动化配置方案,旨在提高继电保护系统的实时响应能力、定位精度、协同联动水平。With the expansion of power system scale and the improvement of intelligent demand,relay protection automation system has gradually become the core technology to ensure the stable operation of power grid.By analyzing the application status of electric power communication network in relay protection automation,this paper studies the optimization design of relay protection process based on fuzzy logic algorithm,and puts forward a 110 kV line protection automation configuration scheme combining the Generic Object Oriented Substation Event(GOOSE)network and Sampled Value(SV)network,aiming at improving the real-time response ability,positioning accuracy and collaborative linkage level of relay protection system.
