摘  要:文章旨在探讨10 kV配电网电缆试验中绝缘性能的评估与诊断方法,并提出一种创新的检测技术。通过分析电缆绝缘故障的常见原因,介绍了一种结合多模混频带电普测与宽频阻抗谱停电复测的技术。该技术能够在不停电的情况下初步检测电缆的绝缘状态,并在停电后进行精确复测,有效提升了检测速度、操作便捷性及缺陷定位精确性。实验结果验证了该技术的可行性和有效性,为配电网电缆的运维管理提供了重要参考。This article aims to explore the evaluation and diagnostic methods of insulation performance in 10 kV distribution network cable testing,and propose an innovative detection technology.By analyzing the common causes of cable insulation faults,this article introduces a technology that combines multi-mode mixing live testing and wideband impedance spectrum power-off retesting.This technology can preliminarily detect the insulation status of cables without power outage and accurately retest after power outage,effectively improving the detection speed,operational convenience,and defect location accuracy.The experimental results have verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this technology,providing important reference for the operation and maintenance management of distribution network cables.
