摘 要:新能源汽车通信环境复杂,控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线通信超时故障频发,影响车辆性能与安全。为此,提出新能源汽车CAN总线通信超时故障检测方法。通过获取CAN总线通信数据,采用分段三次Hermite插值法进行数据拟合,并对比拟合曲线斜率和预设阈值,检测是否存在故障。实验结果显示,该方法检测平均准确率为95.56%,误报率为2.58%,具有高精度。The communication environment of new energy vehicle is complex,and the communication timeout faults of Controller Area Network(CAN)bus frequently occur,which affects the performance and safety of vehicle.Therefore,a new energy vehicle CAN bus communication timeout fault detection method is proposed.By obtaining the communication data of CAN bus,the data is fitted by piecewise cubic Hermite interpolation method,and the slope of fitting curve is compared with the preset threshold to detect whether there is a fault.The experimental results show that the average detection accuracy of this method is 95.56%,and the false alarm rate is 2.58%,which has high accuracy.
