摘 要:针对某工业园区供配电系统中高压开关柜的局部放电问题,采用超声波检测和暂态地电压检测相结合的方法,对工业园区内80台高压开关柜进行了全面的局部放电检测。结果表明,25%的开关柜存在局部放电现象,主要集中在绝缘子表面、套管内部、母线连接处等部位。通过分析局部放电的特征参数和相位分辨局部放电(Phase Resolved Partial Discharge,PRPD)图谱,判断出主要故障原因包括绝缘子表面污秽、套管绝缘老化以及母线连接不良等。针对不同故障类型,提出相应的处理措施,并通过复测验证了处理效果。研究表明,采用局部放电检测技术能够及早发现和诊断高压开关柜的潜在故障,对提高供配电系统可靠性具有重要意义。In response to the partial discharge problem of high-voltage switchgear in the power supply and distribution system of an industrial park,a comprehensive partial discharge detection was carried out on 80 high-voltage switchgear in the industrial park using a combination of ultrasonic detection and transient ground voltage detection.The results showed that 25%of the switchgear had partial discharge phenomena,mainly concentrated on the surface of insulators,the inside of sleeves,and the connection of busbar.By analyzing the characteristic parameters of partial discharge and the Phase Resolved Partial Discharge(PRPD)spectrum,it was determined that the main causes of faults include surface contamination of insulators,aging of bushing insulation,and poor busbar connections.Corresponding measures were proposed for different types of faults,and the effectiveness of the treatment was verified through retesting.Research has shown that the use of partial discharge detection technology can detect and diagnose potential faults in high-voltage switchgear early,which is of great significance for improving the reliability of power supply and distribution systems.
