摘 要:[目的/意义]专利引用科学论文的数量由国际权威专利情报机构CHI公司命名为“科学关联”(Science Linkage,SL)之后,被业界广泛应用于专利评价。通常的默认逻辑是SL值越大则体现专利的科学基础越雄厚,专利的价值也就越高。然而,此默认逻辑究竟是推测还是真相,鲜有学者进行过实证检验。为求证这一基础问题,文章设计了逐层递进的实证研究。[方法/过程]运用统计学的相关分析方法,研究专利引用科学论文的数量与专利价值之间的真实相关关系。[结果/结论]专利价值与专利引用科学论文的“数量”(SL值)并无相关性,与科学论文的“质量”(期刊影响因子)亦无相关性,仅与科学论文的“学科多样性”呈现出显著的正相关关系。依托混沌与分形理论的“吸引子”学说,基于催生交叉创新的“奇异吸引子”形成机理,对所发现的“相关性”进行了归因解读,对SL指标的应用提出了优化建议。[Purpose/significance]Since patent information organization CHI developed a patent measurement index system where the quantity of scientific papers cited by patents is referred to as“science linkage”(SL),it has been generally believed that a higher SL value reflects a more substantial scientific foundation of the patent,thus indicating higher value.However,few scholars have empirically tested the scientific validity of this default logic.This study is designed and conducted in a step-by-step manner to systematically examine it.[Method/process]The correlation analysis method of statistics was used to study the actual correlation between patent value and the cited scientific papers’quantity.[Result/conclusion]Empirical research demonstrated that there was no correlation between patent value and cited scientific papers’quantity,and no correlation between patent value and the impact factor of the journals.However,a significant positive correlation between patent value and the discipline diversity of the scientific papers cited by the patent was observed.Drawing on the“attractor”viewpoint of chaos and fractal theory,and based on the mechanism of“strange attractors”fostering cross-disciplinary innovation,the discovered“correlations”were interpreted.Suggestions for improving the application of SL indicator were promoted.
