摘 要:为了对水工沥青混凝土的配合比进行优化设计,提出采用投影寻踪回归(projection pursuit regression,PPR)方法对配合比试验结果进行分析,并建立水工沥青混凝土各考核指标PPR模型,来预测试验因素水平范围内沥青混凝土各性能随影响因素的变化,并确定出相对最优沥青混凝土配合比。结果表明:在正交试验设计基础上,基于PPR建立的沥青混凝土稳定度、流值、劈裂抗拉强度和孔隙率回归模型均具有较高的计算精度,各指标实测结果与计算结果的平均相对误差分别为:0.924%、0.917%、1.266%和1.439%,试验数据验证表明PPR方法具有较好的适用性;通过所建立的PPR模型,能够对沥青混凝土各项性能随试验因素水平的变化进行有效预测和针对性调控,最终得出级配指数0.36、填料用量13%、沥青用量6.7%为相对最优配合比,在此条件下,理论所得性能值与实测性能值误差均在3%以内。In order to optimize the design of hydraulic asphalt concrete mix ratio,a projection pursuit regression(PPR)method is proposed to analyze the mix proportion test results,and a PPR model of the hydraulic asphalt concrete evaluation indexes is established to predict the change of asphalt concrete properties with the influence factors in the range of test factors,and eventually determine the relative optimum mix proportion of asphalt concrete.The results show that on the basis of orthogonal test design,the regression models of asphalt concrete stability,flow value,split tensile strength and porosity established based on PPR have high calculation accuracy.The average relative errors of the measured values and calculated values of the above indexes are 0.924%,0.917%,1.266%and 1.439%respectively,and the experimental data proves that the PPR method has good applicability.Through the established PPR model,the performance of asphalt concrete can be effectively predicted and controlled with the change of the level of test factors.Finally,it is obtained that the grading index of 0.36,the filler content of 13%,and the asphalt content of 6.7%are the relatively optimal mix proportions.Under these conditions,the errors between the theoretical performance value and the measured performance value are less than 3%.
