摘 要:提出一种新型装配式梁柱节点,该节点由预制混凝土梁柱、狗骨式削弱的耗能连接铰、钢管约束预制节点核心区等装配组成。设计并制作新型装配式梁柱狗骨式耗能铰连接节点和现浇节点进行低周往复荷载试验,分析其破坏特征,并根据节点的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力、延性、刚度退化、强度退化及应变等对新型装配式梁柱节点抗震性能进行了研究。结果表明:新型装配式梁柱节点的连接方式合理有效,节点具有良好的整体性能;新型装配式梁柱狗骨式耗能铰连接节点的破坏模式为狗骨式耗能铰屈曲,预制梁柱构件处于弹性或弱非线性阶段,实现梁端塑性可控;装配式节点滞回曲线较现浇节点滞回曲线更饱满、承载能力更高、耗能和变形能力更强,刚度退化较慢,抗震性能明显提高。最后提出了在水平荷载和竖向荷载共同作用下的新型装配式梁柱狗骨式耗能铰连接节点设计方法。This study presents a novel prefabricated beam-column joint,which is composed of a precast concrete beam and column,a dog-bone shaped steel energy-dissipating hinge,and a prefabricated steel tube confined joint core.A new prefabricated beam-column joint with dog bone energy-dissipating hinge and a cast-in place joint were designed and fabricated.The low-cycle reciprocating load tests were carried out to study the failure characteristics,and the seismic performance of the new prefabricated joint was investigated according to the hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,energy-dissipating capacity,ductility,stiffness degradation,strength degradation and strain of the joint.The experimental results demonstrate that the connection mode of the new assembled beam-column joints is reasonable and effective,and the joints have good overall performance.The failure mode of the new prefabricated beam and column joint with dog-bone shaped steel energy-dissipating steel hinge is buckling of the dog bone energy dissipating hinge,and the prefabricated beam-column members are in the elastic or weak nonlinear stage,which realizes the plastic control of the beam end.Compared with the cast-in-place joint,the prefabricated node has fuller hysteretic curve,higher load-bearing capacity,stronger energy dissipation and deformation capacity,slower stiffness degradation,and significantly improved seismic performance.Finally,the design method of the new type of prefabricated beam-to-column joint with dog-bone shaped steel energy-dissipating hinge under the combined action of horizontal load and vertical load is proposed.
