摘 要:预防性养护加铺温拌环氧沥青超薄层可在造价相当的条件下充分发挥环氧沥青混凝土优异的性能,实现路表功能层性能修复及路面结构长寿命。优异的层间粘结性能是实现结构及抗滑表层长寿命的关键之一,为评价预防性养护铺装温拌环氧沥青超薄层层间粘结性能进行了剪切试验,选择环氧沥青(epoxy asphalt,EA)作为黏层材料,探究了温度、水损害、界面老化和冻融循环等对层间抗剪强度的影响,并与无黏层、基质沥青黏层和苯乙烯(styrene butadiene styrene,SBS)改性沥青黏层进行了对比分析。结果表明:温度是影响层间粘结性能的最显著因素,4种层间粘结状况下的抗剪强度均随温度升高而大幅度降低;无论何种条件下EA黏层均表现出更加优异的粘结性能;EA黏层层间破坏机理与温度相关,常温下层间正常破坏的粗糙界面及高温下破环界面未出现在层间界面处而出现在SBS改性沥青AC-13C基层顶部,表明EA黏层具有优异的粘结性能,为延长路面的使用寿命,需重视并提高结构整体抗剪性能。Preventive maintenance and laying of warm mixed epoxy asphalt ultra-thin layer can give full play to the excellent performance of epoxy asphalt concrete under the condition of comparable cost,and realize the performance repair of road surface functional layer and the long life of pavement structure.Excellent inter-layer bonding performance is one of the keys to achieve the structural stability and long life of anti-slip surface layer.In order to evaluate the ultra-thin inter-layer bonding performance of warm-mixed epoxy asphalt in preventive maintenance pavement,epoxy asphalt(EA)was selected as the adhesive layer material.The effects of factors such as temperature,water damage,interface aging,and freeze-thaw cycles on the interlayer shear strengthwere investigated.It is compared with non-viscous layer,matrix asphalt layer and styrene butadiene styrene(SBS)modified asphalt layer.The results show that temperature is the most significant factor affecting the interlayer bonding performances,and the shear strengths of the four inter-layer bonding conditions decrease significantly with the increase of temperature.Under any conditions,the EA adhesive layer shows better bonding performances.The inter-layer failure mechanism of EA adhesive layer is related to temperature.The rough interface of normal failure between layers at normal temperature and the broken interface at high temperature appear at the top of SBS modified asphalt AC-13C base instead of the inter-layer interface,indicating that the EA adhesive layer has excellent bonding performance.In order to extend the service life of the pavement,it is necessary to pay attention to and improve the overall shear performance of the structure.
