摘 要:准确评价射流泵内两股流体间的混合程度是研究其混合特性的前提,一个通用性强、准确度高的混合程度评价方法对于射流泵式混合器的优化设计以及高效混合工况参数的选取具有重要指导意义。通过逆向追踪技术实现了流体质点溯源,提出了基于拉格朗日观点的流体质点浓度方差混合程度评价方法,并利用该方法对不同时刻、不同工况射流泵各截面上的混合程度进行了分析。结果表明,流体质点浓度方差方法对不同流量比、不同面积比的截面混合程度的对比分析具有很好的适用性。不同时刻同一截面上的混合程度随时间的变化很小,瞬时速度场的变化对混合程度的影响较小,但混合程度随着流动向下游发展逐渐增大。在吸入管及喉管前段,各工况由于流核稳定,混合程度增长速度平缓;在喉管末端,流量较小的工况流核消散较快,混合程度提升也较快。Accurate evaluation of the mixing degree between two fluids in jet pump is the prerequisite for studying its mixing characteristics.An evaluation method of mixing degree with strong universality and high accuracy is of great guiding significance for the optimum design of jet pump mixer and the selection of parameters of high-efficiency mixing conditions.The fluid particle traceability is realized by reverse tracing technology,and the mixing degree evaluation method of fluid particle concentration variance based on Lagrange's point of view is proposed.The mixing degree of each section of jet pump at different time and under different working conditions is analyzed by using this method.The results show that the fluid particle concentration variance method has good applicability to the comparative analysis of cross section mixing degree with different flow ratio and area ratio.The degree of mixing on the same section at different time changes little with time,and the change of instantaneous velocity field has little influence on the degree of mixing,but the mixing degree gradually increases with the development of flow downstream.Due to the stable flow nucleus,the mixing degree maintains a flat growth rate in the suction pipe and the front section of the throat under all operating conditions.At the end of the throat,the flow nucleus dissipates quickly and the mixing degree increases rapidly in the condition of relatively small flow rate.
