摘  要:培养具有全球胜任力的经贸人才是“大变局”时代国家对外开放战略实施和着力构建人类命运共同体的内在要求,也是经贸类专业人才培养的重要目标。论文以《世界经济学》课程为例,从全球胜任力的基本内涵出发,通过梳理教学实践中亟需解决的问题,总结实践教学经验,并从教学内容优化、教学模式创新、思政元素融入等角度探索教学改革路径,来全面提升学生的全球胜任力。Cultivating lots of economic and trade professionals with global competence is an inherent requirement for the implementation of the opening-up strategy of China and the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind in the era of "great changes". It is also an important goal for the teaching of the department of economic and international trade professionals. Taking the course of World Economics as an example, this paper starts from the basic connotation of global competence, sorts out the problems that urgently need to be solved in teaching practice, summarizes practical teaching experience,and explores teaching reform paths from the perspectives of optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching modes, and integrating ideological and political elements, in order to comprehensively enhance students' global competence.
