摘　　要：目的探讨经皮电切镜囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析广西国际壮医医院和威海市立医院泌尿外科2011年4月至2021年4月诊治的46例采用经皮电切镜囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿患者的临床资料,对其手术并发症和术后复发率等资料进行分析。结果46例手术中,1例因小血管出血转为开放手术,其余45例患者成功完成手术,手术成功率97.8%。手术时间15~125 min。1例发生出血、2例发生腹水,其余无脏器损伤、无感染、无电解质紊乱。手术并发症发生率6.5%。随访16~129个月,未发现肾囊肿复发。结论经皮电切镜囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿具有损伤小、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低等优点,具有很好的安全性和有效性。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of percutaneous resectoscope deroofing in the treatment of simple renal cyst.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 46 patients with simple renal cyst treated by percutaneous resectoscope deroofing in the Department of Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital and Weihai Municipal Hospital from April 2011 to April 2021.Results Among the 46 cases,1 case was converted to open surgery due to small vessel hemorrhage,and the remaining 45 cases were successfully completed,with a success rate of 97.8%.The operation time ranged from 15 to 125 minutes.1 case had bleeding,2 cases had ascites,and the rest had no organ injury,no infection,and no electrolyte disorder.The incidence of operative complications was 6.5%.No recurrence of renal cysts was found during the follow-up of 16 to 129 months.Conclusions Percutaneous resectoscope deroofing in treatment of simple renal cyst has the advantages of less damage,faster recovery,fewer complications and lower recurrence rate,and has good safety and efficacy.
