慢性胃炎“舌图信息”研究的可视化及关键技术分析

摘　　要：目的对慢性胃炎“舌图信息”研究文献进行可视化分析,为后续该领域临床诊断及研究发展提供依据及可行性建议。方法利用VOSviewer 1.6.15和CiteSpace 5.7软件对基于中国知识资源总库(China Knowledge Resource Database,CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(China Biomedical Literature Database,CBM)检索的相关文献进行文献计量及可视化分析。结果慢性胃炎“舌图信息”研究文献量呈持续增长趋势,该领域目前研究团队数量尚少,分析获得以“慢性萎缩性胃炎”“图像处理”“舌苔菌群”等为代表的9个中心性关键词和11个自然聚类关键词等。结论慢性胃炎“舌图信息”研究愈发受到研究者的重视,以机器视觉技术、舌苔菌群检测为代表的新技术不断发展更迭,该领域研究具有广阔的可挖掘性和研究前景。Objective In this paper,the research literature of chronic gastritis“tongue map information”of chronic gastritis was visually analyzed to provide the basis and feasibility suggestions for the subsequent clinical diagnosis and research in this field.Methods The bibliometric and visual analysis of relevant literature based on China Knowledge Resource Database(CNKI),China Academic journal database(Wanfang data)and China Biomedical Literature database(CBM)was conducted using VOSviewer 1.6.15 and CiteSpace 5.7 softwares.Results The number of research literature on“tongue map information”of chronic gastritis showed a continuous increasing trend.At present,the number of research teams in this field was still small.At present,9 central keywords and 11 natural cluster keywords represented by“chronic atrophic gastritis”“image processing”and“tongue moss flora”were obtained.Conclusion Chronic gastritis“tongue map information”research increasingly by the attention of the researchers,represented by machine vision technology,tongue moss flora detection of new technology development,domestic tongue instrument,artificial intelligence and other new information collection analysis equipment technology applied in clinical still has the vast development space.The research field has more mining and research prospects.
