摘　　要：淋巴瘤是常见的血液恶性肿瘤,其微小残留是基于现代检测技术检出,可用于临床疗效评估的一项指标。作者根据中医理论探讨淋巴瘤微小残留病变(minimal residual disease,MRD)以伏邪理论为基础的发病机制和中医证治,认为中医伏邪与淋巴瘤MRD有着高度的相似性,淋巴瘤微小残留是邪毒伏于膜原而后发,治疗时应遵循扶正祛邪的原则分期论治和辨证施治,为临床治疗提供新的思路和理论依据。Lymphoma is a common malignant blood tumor,whose minimal residual disease(MRD)can be detected by modern detection techniques and used as an indicator for clinical efficacy evaluation.Based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,it discussed the pathogenesis and TCM treatment of lymphoma MRD from the perspective of the theory of“evils hidden in Moyuan”.The author believes that there is a high degree of similarity between TCM evil toxins hidden in Moyuan and lymphoma MRD.Lymphoma MRD is caused by“evils hidden in Moyuan”.The treatment should follow the principle of supporting the healthy energy and expelling pathogenic factors,and be staged and differentiated according to syndrome differentiation.This provided new ideas and theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
