国医大师张静生治疗冠心病心绞痛辨证思路及用药规律总结

摘　　要：冠心病心绞痛为临床常见的一类慢性基础疾病,多表现为胸痛、胸闷等症状为主,属于中医药治疗的优势病种。张静生教授,博士研究生导师,国医大师,首批全国名中医。对于治疗冠心病心绞痛见解独到,认为气阴两虚为本,痰瘀互结为标。在心脏气阴两虚为主、痰瘀互结为标的病机指导下,张静生教授临床治疗冠心病多以益气养阴,祛痰化瘀立法,处方以丹参生脉饮与冠心康合方应用,根据辨证灵活化裁加减药对,该文整理张静生教授治疗冠心病心绞痛之学术思想与临床经验用药,以期对临床名老中医学术经验传承和冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗提供参考。Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is a common chronic underlying disease in clinic,mainly manifested as chest pain,chest tightness and other symptoms,which belongs to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Professor ZHANG Jingsheng is the doctoral supervisor,master of Chinese medicine,one of the first national famous Chinese medicine.For the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,he has a unique view and believes that Qi-Yin deficiency is the root,phlegm and blood stasis are the branch causes.Professor ZHANG Jingsheng′s clinical treatment of coronary heart disease mainly adopts the method of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis,and prescribers the application of Danshen Shengmai Yin(丹参生脉饮)and Guanxinkang Formula(冠心康合方).This article summarized Professor ZHANG Jingsheng′s academic thought and clinical experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,in order to provide reference for the inheritance of clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
