枣仁安神胶囊在治疗精神分裂症中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨枣仁安神胶囊在治疗精神分裂症中的应用效果。方法128例2021年1月—2022年12月十堰市精神病医院精神科收治的精神分裂症患者随机纳入对照组(64例)和试验组(64例),分组方法为随机数字表法。对照组给予阿立哌唑片进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予枣仁安神胶囊进行治疗,两组均连续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗2个月后的临床疗效,治疗前和治疗2个月后的症状控制、认知功能、炎症反应、神经功能及治疗期间的不良反应。结果与对照组比较,试验组治疗2个月后的总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,两组简明精神病量表(brief psychiatric scale,BPRS)、阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptoms scale,PANSS)评分及血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-18(interleukin-18,IL-18)、碱性髓鞘蛋白(myelin basic protein,MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase,NSE)水平与治疗前比较降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)评分及血清神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)水平与治疗前比较升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组、试验组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者经枣仁安神胶囊治疗后其炎症得以减轻,认知及神经功能得以改善,症状得以控制,疗效显著,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of Zaoren Anshen Capsule(枣仁安神胶囊)in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 128 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Shiyan Psychiatric Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(64 cases)and the test group(64 cases),and the grouping method was random number table method.The control group was treated with aripiprazole tablets,and the test group was treated with Zaoren Anshen Capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The clinical efficacy after 2 months of treatment,including symptom control,cognitive function,inflammatory response,neurological function before and after 2 months of treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared of the two groups.Results Compared with those of the control group,the total effective rate of the test group was higher after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the scores of brief psychiatric scale(BPRS),positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-18(IL-18),myelin basic protein(MBP)and neuron specific enolase(NSE)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,those of the test group were lower(P<0.05).The scores of montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),the levels of serum nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,those of the test group were higher(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period had no statistically significant difference between the control group and the test group(P>0.05).Conclusion Zaoren Anshen Capsule could significantly reduce inflammation in patients with schizophrenia,improve cognitive and neurological functions,thereby facilitating symptom control and improving clinical efficacy,without significantly increasing adverse reactions in patients.
