枣仁安神胶囊治疗精神分裂症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨枣仁安神胶囊治疗精神分裂症的疗效。方法将2020年1月—2022年12月国药东风茅箭医院精神科收治的68例精神分裂症患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)和治疗组(34例)。对照组给予阿立哌唑口崩片,治疗组在此基础上加用枣仁安神胶囊,两组均持续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗2个月后的疗效,治疗前、治疗2个月后的中医证候积分、精神症状、认知功能、睡眠质量、生活质量、神经递质水平及治疗期间的不良反应。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗2个月后的总有效率更高(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗2个月后,两组急躁易怒、耳鸣目赤、口干口渴、头晕头胀、阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptom scales,PANSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分及血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白因子(glial fibrillary acidic protein factor,GFAP)水平降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment scale,MoCA)、生活质量综合评定问卷(generic quality of life inventory,GQOLI-74)评分及血清γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid,5-HIAA)、神经营养因子3(neurotrophic factor 3,NT-3)、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)水平升高,治疗组更高(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗期间的均未出现明显不良反应。结论精神分裂症患者经枣仁安神胶囊治疗后其中医证候、精神症状、认知功能、睡眠质量、生活质量及神经递质水平得以明显改善,疗效明显提高,且并未明显增加患者的不良反应,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zaoren Anshen Capsule(枣仁安神胶囊)on schizophrenia.Methods Sixty-eight patients with schizophrenia admitted to the department of psychiatry at Dongfeng Maojian Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(34 cases)and the treatment group(34 cases)by using a random number table.The control group received Aripiprazole Orally Disintegrating Tablets,while the treatment group received oral administration of Zaoren Anshen Capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 2 months.The therapeutic effects after 2 months of treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,mental symptoms,cognitive function,sleep quality,quality of life,the levels of neurotransmitters before and after 2 months of treatment,and adverse reactions during the treatment period were compared between two groups.Results Compared with that of the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,after 2 months of treatment,the two groups showed a decreased in the scores of irritability,tinnitus and redness,dry mouth and thirst,dizziness and bloating,positive and negative symptom scales(PANSS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and serum level of glial fibrillary acidic protein factor(GFAP).The decrease of the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).The two groups showed a increased in the scores of Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),generic quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)and serum levels of_-aminobutyric acid(GABA),5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA),neurotrophic factor 3(NT-3)and nerve growth factor(NGF),and the increase of the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).During the treatment period,neither the treatment group nor the control group showed any significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Zaoren Anshen Capsule could effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,mental symptoms,cognitiv
