交泰丸对维持性血液透析抑郁症患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探究交泰丸对维持性血液透析抑郁症患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月医院收治的维持性血液透析抑郁症患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为试验组(30例)、对照组(30例)。对照组给予抗抑郁药盐酸马普替林片、艾司唑仑片镇静催眠。试验组在对照组的基础上予以交泰丸加味。两组均治疗2个月。对比两组中医证候积分、睡眠质量、心理状况、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、不良反应情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组各项中医证候积分降低;与对照组比较,治疗后试验组中医证候积分较低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组各项睡眠质量评分降低;与对照组比较,治疗后试验组各项睡眠质量评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分下降高;治疗后与对照组比较,试验组SAS评分、SDS评分较低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平下降,5-HT水平升高;且与对照组比较,试验组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平更低,5-HT水平更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论交泰丸能改善维持性血液透析抑郁症患者睡眠质量,并一定程度上缓解抑郁、焦虑程度。Objective To explore the effect of Jiaotai Pill(交泰丸)on sleep quality and psychological status of maintenance hemodialysis depression patients.Methods Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis depression admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into an experimental group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was given Antidepressant Maprotiline Hydrochloride Tablets and Estazolam Tablets for sedation and hypnosis.The experimental group added Jiaotai Pill on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,sleep quality,psychological status and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results Compared with those before treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in both groups decreased after treatment.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower TCM syndrome scores after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the sleep quality scores of both groups decreased after treatment.Compared with those of the control group,the sleep quality scores of the experimental group were lower after treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared to those before treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups decreased significantly.After treatment,compared with those of the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,compared to those before treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in both groups decreased,while the levels of 5-HT increased.And compared with those of the control group,the serum levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 of the experimental group were lower,while the levels of 5-HT wer
