2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》一部收载含丁香成方制剂分析  

Analysis of Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos)-containing Formulae in 2020 Edition of Pharmacopoeia of The People′s Republic of China

摘　　要：通过检索2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》一部,统计其记载的含丁香方剂制剂,整理总结含丁香方剂制剂剂型及中药味数、制备方法及功能主治、常用配伍药和注意事项。结果显示2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》收载含丁香制剂38种,剂型8种,平均用药味数18味,剂型以丸剂为主,服用方式以口服为主,制法以丁香粉碎+蜂蜜调和为主、粉碎+水泛丸次之,出现频次较多的配伍药有木香、冰片、甘草、檀香、朱砂、人工麝香、乳香、沉香、红花、肉桂等;含丁香制剂功效主要为温中降逆,补肾助阳。该文旨为丁香配伍、临床应用、功效拓展、剂型改良及成方制剂的深度开发提供参考。The 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of The People′s Republic of China was searched,and its records of Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos)-containing preparations were counted to summarize the dosage forms and the number of flavors of traditional Chinese medicines,the preparation methods and functions,the commonly used combinations and the precautions.The results revealed that the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of The People′s Republic of China contained 38 kinds of Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos)-containing preparations,8 kinds of dosage forms and 18 drugs of average use.The dosage form was mainly pills,and the way of taking was mainly oral administration,the method of preparation was mainly in the form of crushing of Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos)+honey and mixing,and the crushing of Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos)+water pills was second to crushing of Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos)+water pills,and the more frequently appearing medicines in the list were Muxiang(Aucklandiae Radix),Bingpian(Borneolum Syntheticum),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Tanxiang(Santali Albi Lignum),Zhusha(Cinnabaris),artificial Shexiang(Moschus),Ruxiang(Olibanum),Chenxiang(Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum),Honghua(Carthami Flos),Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)and so on.The efficacy is mainly warming the middle and lowering the reverse,tonifying kidney to help Yang.The purpose of this paper was to provide references for the compounding,clinical application,efficacy expansion,dosage form improvement and the in-depth development of prescription formulations of Dingxiang(Caryophylli Flos).
