中药饮片联合针灸治疗对妇产科术后发热患者体温恢复、血清CRP、PCT水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中药饮片联合针灸治疗对妇产科术后发热患者体温恢复、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平的影响。方法选择2020年10月—2022年5月于邯郸明仁医院进行妇产科手术后发热患者100例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,观察组采用中药饮片与针灸联合治疗,评估两组疗效,比较治疗前后治疗效果、体温恢复时间、血清CRP、PCT水平及不良反应。结果观察组有效率96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组患者发烧时最高体温明显低于对照组,且体温恢复正常水平的时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3 d后,观察组PCT和CRP分别为(0.65±0.19)μg/L、(0.15±0.08)μg/L和(8.05±1.42)mg/L、(5.89±1.04)mg/L,明显低于对照组[(1.52±0.19)μg/L、(0.59±0.12)μg/L和(12.05±1.82)mg/L、(9.18±1.24)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3 d后,观察组的CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)明显高于对照组,观察组的CD_(8)^(+)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率4.00%(2/50),对照组为6.00%(3/50),两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药饮片联合针灸治疗可以提高妇产科术后发热患者恢复体温的治疗效果,有效缩短体温恢复时间,降低血清CRP、PCT水平,促进机体免疫功能恢复,且安全可靠,具有推荐价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal pieces combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on body temperature restoration and the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with fever after gynecological and obstetric operation.Methods A total of 100 patients who developed fever after undergoing gynecological and obstetric operation at Handan Mingren Hospital from October 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal pieces combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The efficacy in the two groups was evaluated.Therapeutic effects,temperature recovery time,serum levels of CRP and PCTand adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results The response rate in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the highest body temperature of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the time for body temperature to return to normal level was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 days of treatment,theserum levels of PCT and CRP in the observation group[(0.65±0.19)μg/L and(0.15±0.08)μg/L,(8.05±1.42)mg/L and(5.89±1.04)mg/L]were significantly lower than those in the control group[(1.52±0.19)μg/L and(0.59±0.12)μg/L,(12.05±1.82)mg/L and(9.18±1.24)mg/L](P<0.05).The levels of CD_(3)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD_(8)^(+) was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rates of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 4.00%(2/50)and 6.00%(3/5),without statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal pieces combined with acupuncture and moxibus
