电针联合甲钴胺片对面神经炎患者面肌功能恢复、瞬目反射的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电针联合甲钴胺片对面神经炎患者面肌功能恢复、瞬目反射的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月门诊以及收治入院的136例面神经炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各68例。对照组予以甲钴胺片治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上加用电针。评估两组患者的临床疗效、面部肌力状态、肌电图、瞬目反射以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者接受电针联合甲钴胺片治疗后的临床治疗总有效率为92.64%(63/68),显著高于对照组(64.71%,44/68)(χ^(2)=15.822,P<0.05);干预后两组患者的面部肌力状态较干预前均有了明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者的面部肌力状态显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者的肌电图情况较干预前均有了明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者的肌电图情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者的肌电图情况较干预前均有了明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者的肌电图情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者的R1、R2检出情况较干预前均明显改善(P<0.05),且干预后观察组患者的R1、R2检出情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组患者的R1、R2潜育期较干预前均明显降低(P<0.05),且干预后观察组患者的R1、R2潜育期均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者应用电针联合甲钴胺片治疗后所发生的失眠、头晕、面部疼痛总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针联合甲钴胺片治疗面神经炎患者,其临床疗效更为显著,可有效改善患者的面部肌力状态、肌电图、瞬目反射,减少不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with mecobalamin tablets on facial muscle function recovery and blink reflex in patients with facial neuritis.Methods A total of 136 patients with facial neuritis who were admitted to the outpatient department from January 2020 to October 2022 were prospectively selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment control group and treatment control group,with 68 cases in each group.The treatment control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets,while the treatment observation group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the treatment control group.The clinical efficacy,facial muscle strength,electromyography,blink reflex and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(92.64%,63/68)was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.71%,44/68)(χ^(2)=15.822,P<0.05).After intervention,the facial muscle strength of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),and the facial muscle strength of the treatment observation group was significantly better than that of the treatment control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the electromyography of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),and the electromyography of the treatment observation group was significantly better than that of the treatment control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the electromyography of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),and the electromyography of the treatment observation group was significantly better than that of the treatment control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the detection of R1 and R2 in the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before intervention(P<0.05),and the detection of R1 and R2 in the treatment observation group was significantly be
