王不留行子耳穴贴压联合胰岛素治疗超重2型糖尿病的效果  

Effect of Wangbuliuxingzi(Vaccariae Semen)Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Insulin in Treatment of Overweight Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘　　要：目的分析王不留行子耳穴贴压联合胰岛素治疗超重2型糖尿病的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年1月浙江省舟山医院内分泌科收治的超重2型糖尿病患者80例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与联合组(40例)。对照组给予胰岛素治疗,联合组给予王不留行子耳穴贴压联合胰岛素治疗,两组均治疗12周。比较两组治疗前、治疗12周后糖脂代谢、肥胖指标、胰岛功能、中医症状积分及生活质量。结果与治疗前比较,治疗12周后两组血清空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h postprandial blood glucose,2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、稳态胰岛素评价指数(homeostasis insulin evaluation index,HOMA-IR)、C肽胰岛素抵抗指数(C-peptide insulin resistance index,HOMA-IR-CP)、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、腰围、臀围、体脂率水平,倦怠乏力、咽干口燥、糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(diabetes specificquality of life scale,DSQL)评分降低,且联合组更低(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗12周后,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、稳态胰岛β细胞分泌功能指数(homeostasis isletβcell secretion function index,HOMA-β)升高,且联合组更高(P<0.05)。结论王不留行子耳穴贴压联合胰岛素治疗超重2型糖尿病的效果较好,可调节糖脂代谢,降低肥胖指标,改善胰岛功能,降低中医症状积分,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of Wangbuliuxingzi(Vaccariae Semen)auricular point sticking combined with insulin in the treatment of overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,80 overweight patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Zhoushan Hospital in Zhejiang Province were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the combination group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with insulin,and the combination group was treated with Wangbuliuxingzi(Vaccariae Semen)auricular point sticking combined with insulin.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Glucose and lipid metabolism,obesity index,islet function,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and quality of life were compared between the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with those before treatment,after 12 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),homeostasis insulin evaluation index(HOMA-IR),C-peptide insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR-CP),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat percentage,fatigue and fatigue,throat dryness and mouth dryness and the diabetes specific quality of life scale(DSQL)score of diabetic patients decreased,and those of the combined group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,after 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and homeostasis isletβcell secretion function index(HOMA-β)increased in both groups,and those were higher in the combined group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wangbuliuxingzi(Vaccariae Semen)auricular point sticking combined with insulin had good effect in the treatment of overweight type 2 diabetes,which could regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce the obesity index,improve the islet function,lower the traditional Chinese medici
