补中益气法针刺联合经颅直流电刺激治疗中风后单侧空间忽略的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补中益气法针刺联合经颅直流电刺激治疗中风后单侧空间忽略的疗效。方法选取2020年6月—2022年7月于北京市怀柔区中医医院康复科住院的60例中风后单侧空间忽略患者,随机分为对照组(经颅直流电刺激组)和治疗组(补中益气法针刺联合经颅直流电刺激组),每组30例。每周治疗5次,连续治疗4周,分别比较治疗前后两组患者线段等分实验(LBT)评分、Albert划消实验评分,以及简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)及改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)的变化情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组患者LBT及Albert评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),MMSE及MBI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论补中益气法针刺联合经颅直流电刺激治疗方案能提高中风后单侧空间忽略临床疗效、改善认知功能、提升患者日常生活能力,适宜临床推广。Objective To observe the curative efficacy of tonifying middle and replenishing Qi acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation for the treatment of poststroke unilateral spatial neglect.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke unilateral spatial neglect in the Huairou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(transcranial direct current stimulation)and treatment group(tonifying middle and replenishing Qi acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation),30 cases in each group.Both were treated for 5 days per week,the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The scores of Line Bisection Test(LBT)and Albert Line Segment Cancellation Test before and after treatment,and the changes of Mini-mental Status Examination(MMSE)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,LBT and Albert scale scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).MMSE score and MBI score were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Tonifying middle and replenishing Qi acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation in the treatment of patients with post-stroke unilateral spatial neglect can improve the clinical effect,the cognitive function and the ability of activities of daily living.It is worthy of clinical application.
