摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和高嘌呤饮食的增加,高尿酸血症的发病率逐年上升,由此导致的尿酸性肾病的发病率也明显上升,并呈现年轻化趋势。近年来,对尿酸性肾病发病机制的研究正在逐步深入,治疗手段也有提升空间,而中医药针对该病的治疗效果良好,具有广泛的应用前景。文章就尿酸性肾病的发生发展机制及中医药应用的研究进展作一综述。With the rapid development of economy and the increase of high-purine diet,the incidence of hyperuricemia has increased year by year,and the resulting incidence of uric acid nephropathy has also increased significantly,showing a trend of younger people.In recent years,the research on the pathogenesis of uric acid nephropathy is gradually deepening,and there is room for improvement in treatment methods,and traditional Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect on this disease,and has a wide application prospect.This article reviewed the development mechanism of uric acid nephropathy and the research progress in the application of traditional Chinese medicine.
